Boy oh boy...Logan sure knows how to make a mess! He gets into EVERYTHING and anything. I feel like all I do all day is follow behind him and pick up messes. Here are some pics of the proof.....

9 Months Old!!

My baby boy is 9 months old as of Valentine's Day. He is just the sweetest little guy ever. He is changing every day it seems. Growing to be such a fun, independent little dude.

Here is what he is up to at 9 months:

• still wears size 4 diapers
  
• weighs 21 lbs 14 oz (75%)
• is 29 inches tall (75%)
• wears size 12 months jammies, 12-18 month shirts, and most pants are 12 months

• has started eating Gerber 3rd foods.....he is not too sure about the chunks though. Sometimes he gags :)
• eats four 6-8oz bottles a day
• sleep pretty well.....more often than not he sleeps through the night
• was really sick for about a week with a really BAD cold and ended up with an ear infection. He even had his 1st high fever (103 degrees)....SCARY for Momma!

• Loves puffs, Gerber lil' crunchies, diced pears and peaches, bananas, apples, graham crackers, noodles, Cheerios, Nutrigrain bars, whole grain waffles with cream cheese, yogurt, french fries, mac n' cheese, toast, and cheese
• still doesn't like veggies much (unless they are pureed...then he will eat any kind)
• pulls up on EVERYTHING and even has started cruising the furniture
• loves to help Momma do the laundry

• is obsessed with his refection in the mirror. He will babble and kiss the baby in the mirror for hours we let him
• can say "Dadda" now....dad is very excited about this
• can also give kisses when asked (and by kiss we mean he comes at you with his mouth wide open, tongue out and slobbers all over you)
• is starting to really like books

We just love this little guy more than we ever imagined we could!! He is our whole world and cannot imagine our lives without him in it.

8 Months Old

WOW.....where has the time gone??? My baby is now 8 months old as of the 14th!!! He is is no longer a wee little baby. He acts so much more like a toddler these days. He changes everyday I swear! He is at such a fun age. He wants to be able to do so much and he is finally able to do some of those things :) We just love watching him learn and figure out new things.



Here's what Logan is up to at 8 months:

• weighs somewhere around 21 lbs (will know for sure at his 9 month appt on Feb. 14th)
• Wears size 4 diapers
  
• Now wears all 12 month clothes. He can fit is 9 month onesies though
  
• Started getting up on his hands and knees and rocking 12/20
• Said his first word....."Momma"!! (1/8/11) It is not completely clear and more like a mumble but sounds just like Momma
• Officially started crawling (1/10/11)

• Now eats breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• He eats, puffs, Gerber Lil' crunchies, diced peaches and pears, yogurt melts, cooked carrots, baby goldfish, cheese, pasta noodles
• Still working on the sippy cup. He now tips it but just not as much as he needs to. He will get it eventually

• Was waking up anywhere from 2-6 times a night. But we just switched his crib sheet to a velour one and he now only wakes up 1 or 2 times a night. I think the cotton sheet was too rough, he would wake up with really red bumpy cheeks. Not anymore :)

• LOVES playing with his toys.
• Babbles all the time now. Especially when he is playing...real cute!
• Started pulling up on any and everything. No cruising the furniture yet :)
• He LOVES that cat. He chases and corners her all the time. Poor kitty HATES it!!

• He is a crawling machine. He follows us EVERYWHERE!! Loves when we open the fridge, so he can check out what is in there :)
